Day 13
breakfast- 1 egg, 3 mushrooms, capiscum and baby spinach
snack- apple
lunch- chicken, salad, cake, rocky road, easter egg
snack- 2 strawberries
dinner- salmon, bok choy, broccoli
exercise- 1 hr 30 min walk in the morning, 30 day shred workout, 30 min walk
everything besides lunch i am happy with today. I had a tutor lunch to i just a small slice of chocolate cake, and a small bit of rocky road, and 3 small cabury easter eggs
